Stretch

Therapy

Restore your body’s natural range of motion in the comfort of your own home or office!
Book YOUR STRETCh
We use a stretch, contract, and release technique called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, PNF for short. We relieve muscle tension and over time physically lengthen the muscles being stretched. This helps with performance, mobility, pain reduction, daily quality of life, and injury prevention.

What To Expect

Every session is tailored to you and your goals, below is a general flow
Before You Start
  • You'll complete a quick waiver and intake form — We’ll review your answers together to ensure accuracy and better understand your needs, limitations, and goals.
  • You’ll stay fully clothed — athletic/stretchy wear is best, and clean, dry socks are required.
  • Payment is collected before the session begins via cash or Venmo only.
  • All pricing displayed is for up to 10 miles from the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Denver.
The Setup
  • Your stretch therapist will bring the following supplies depending on your needs:
  • A yoga mat (or we can use your own if you prefer)
  • A simple stool to support upper-body stretches
  • Floor sliders for hip and leg mobility
  • A half foam roller for pecs, delts, chest opening, and spinal extension
  • Most sessions happen on the mat on the floor to promote long-term mobility and natural movement.
  • If you're currently unable to get up and down from the ground, let us know in advance and a massage/stretch table will be brought instead.
During the Session
  • We use a style called PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching. During PNF body is guided into a stretch, then the muscle is strongly contracted against resistance, followed by muscle relaxation, this allows for a deeper stretch.
  • This technique helps your nervous system feel safe, improving flexibility, strength, and control in new ranges of motion.
  • Sessions are active and collaborative — you're not just lying there. We’ll work together to safely push your limits.
  • You’re always welcome to ask questions, request focus on specific areas, or revisit anything we worked on.
Aftercare & Next Steps
  • After your session, you’ll likely feel:
  • Looser and more mobile
  • Grounded and refreshed
  • Possibly a bit sore within 24–48 hours — this is normal, especially if we challenged your limits
  • To support your recovery:
  • Stay hydrated
  • Keep moving with light, gentle activity
  • Simple mobility homework may be prescribed to help lock in your gains
  • Check-in after sessions to monitor responses and adjust future work as needed.
  • If you're interested in long-term results, we’ll talk through your goals and whether a stretch package (8, 12, or 16 sessions) is the right fit for you.
